Darcie Kinnaird

BSc BVMS GradDipEd

A current emergency veterinarian at the Animal Emergency Centre in Adelaide, Darcie graduated from Murdoch University in 2018 and stayed on at there for her first year in practice completing an internship (or speciality trainee program as they call it) in anaesthesia and analgesia. During this time, she also completed a post graduate teaching diploma and was heavily involved in the teaching of veterinary students. Passionate about critical care, pain management, anaesthesia, and teaching, Darcie has continued to pursue these interests since moving back to Adelaide, running both formal and informal workshops for the nurses at AEC and AVSARC in addition to her role as a veterinarian.
